The Zindis Group specialize in Long Term Vacation Rentals and Property Management for condo or vacation home developments as Administrators.

Out of desire and necessity, The ZINDIS Group was born.  The necessity became self evident due to the tremendous amount of growth over the last decade in Guanacaste, specifically in the areas of Playa Hermosa, Playas del Coco, and Playa Panama. The desire came from our dreams to live, own, and operate a sucessful company in one of the most sought after tourist markets in the world. 

Our goal has been and will always be to strive to protect and enhance the quality of the properties we manage and the lives of the people we work with.  Starting with a staff of two we have now grown into a company of over seventeen employees. We are proud to provide steady employment and benefits to our employees and their families.  It is the cornerstone of The ZINDIS "Family Philosophy"
